Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Alteyr website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our service.

Description of service

Alteyr provides a sovereign AI agent platform that deploys on your infrastructure. Our platform reads your tools, plans multi step work, takes actions within your permissions, and provides auditable proof of every step. The specific features, capabilities, and limitations of the platform are described in our product documentation and your service agreement.

Intellectual property

The Alteyr platform, including its software architecture, user interface, visual design, documentation, and brand assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the platform as provided under your subscription agreement.

You retain all rights to the data, documents, and content you process using the Alteyr platform. We claim no ownership over your data. Our platform is a tool that operates on your behalf within the boundaries you define.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws such as GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act.

You must not use the platform to process illegal content, infringe on third party rights, or attempt to circumvent the security measures of the platform or your infrastructure. You are responsible for configuring appropriate permissions and guardrails for the agent within your environment.

Limitation of liability

The Alteyr platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error free operation of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alteyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Alteyr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the platform runs on your infrastructure, you bear responsibility for your environment, your data, and the actions you authorize the agent to take.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the Republic of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
