What we collect and why

Alteyr is a sovereign AI agent platform designed to run on your infrastructure. We operate on a strict data minimization principle. When you visit our website, we collect only the information needed to provide you with a secure and functional experience.

We collect the email address and message you provide when requesting a demo. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We never sell your personal information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for purposes beyond those you explicitly authorize.

Our website uses PostHog for analytics, configured in privacy conscious mode with memory only persistence. No cookies are stored on your device. The analytics data is processed within the European Union. We collect anonymized page view data to understand which parts of our site are most useful to visitors.

Information you provide to us

When you fill out our demo request form, we ask for your email address and a description of your use case. We use this information to contact you, understand your needs, and schedule a demonstration. We retain this information for as long as needed to serve your request and then delete or anonymize it.

If you communicate with us via email, we will retain the content of your messages and our responses. This is necessary to maintain a record of our business correspondence and to provide you with accurate support.

Data processing on our platform

Alteyr the product is designed to be self hosted on your infrastructure. When you deploy Alteyr, all data processing happens within your environment. Your documents, queries, agent actions, and audit logs remain under your control at all times. We have no access to the data you process through the platform.

Our platform never sends your data to third party AI providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic unless you explicitly configure it to do so under your own policy. By default, Alteyr uses open weight models that run locally within your perimeter.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use tracking cookies. We use PostHog in cookieless mode with EU only data residency and memory only persistence. This means no cookies are stored on your browser, and no personal data is written to disk by our analytics provider. You can learn more about PostHogs privacy practices on their website.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
